Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Wherever possible, yes — that's a core part of our regular cleaning service. The same trusted cleaner visits your home, so they learn your preferences and your priorities. If they're ever away, we'll let you know in advance and arrange trusted cover.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many of our regular customers give us a key or access instructions. Our team is fully vetted and we're fully insured, including public liability insurance.

How is the price worked out?

Pricing is based on the size of your home, how often you'd like us to visit and what you'd like covered. Call or WhatsApp us with those details and we'll give you a clear, fair price with no surprises.

What cleaning supplies and equipment do I need to provide?

Customers provide the necessary cleaning products and equipment at the property — including a working vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, cleaning cloths and appropriate surface-cleaning products. This applies to regular cleans, deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans alike. Once booked, message us on WhatsApp for the full recommended list.

Can I change my schedule or skip a week?

Yes. We work around you, including evenings and weekends. If you're on holiday or need to move a visit, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll rearrange.
