Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes — that's a core part of our regular cleaning service. The same trusted cleaner visits every time, so they learn your home, your preferences and your priorities. If they're ever away, we'll let you know in advance and arrange trusted cover.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many of our regular customers give us a key or access instructions. Our team is fully vetted and we're fully insured, including public liability insurance.
How is the price worked out?
Pricing is based on the size of your home, how often you'd like us to visit and what you'd like covered. Call or WhatsApp us with those details and we'll give you a clear, fair price with no surprises.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
We can work either way — using our own professional products and equipment, or yours if you have preferences (for example, specific products for wood floors or allergies). Just let us know when you book.
Can I change my schedule or skip a week?
Yes. We work around you, including evenings and weekends. If you're on holiday or need to move a visit, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll rearrange.
