Our carpet cleaning service uses hot-water extraction to pull ground-in dirt, dust mites and stains out of the pile, not just off the top of it, leaving carpets genuinely clean, fresher-smelling and safe for kids and pets to sit straight back down on.
How it works
It's available as a standalone visit or bolted onto any regular or deep clean, and covers every area we serve across Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Fulham, Chelsea and the rest of South West London.
We check carpet type and flag any stains or high-traffic areas, then apply a pre-treatment to loosen ground-in dirt.
Hot-water extraction lifts dirt, dust mites and allergens from deep in the pile — far beyond what a household vacuum reaches.
Targeted treatment for specific stains and odours, including pet-related marks, using pet- and child-safe products.
Extraction removes most of the moisture as we go, so carpets are typically dry within a few hours, not days.
